Stevenage Dogwatch - Walk January 2010
I would like to thank everyone that turned up for the Dog Watch walk on Sunday the
10th Jan.
The weather was cold, but in total 41 people and 32 dogs braved it for the walk, some turned up after a
cup of tea and once again collected more people on the way. Thank you to the PCSO's for coming for a
walk.
I would like to thank Sue, you know who you are! For making the tea and making us feel very welcome.
You are a Star!
After tea and bickies we all went for a stroll back to the car park and someone very silly (Me)
'shouted Snowball Fight' Well it was great fun everyone joined in young and old plus the dogs running
around joined in. Everyone enjoyed it.
Thanks for turning out and making it such fun.
There will be another Dog watch walk on Feb 27th at 12 noon again at the same place as lovely Sue said
she would make the teas again, what a lovely lady!
We will be walking in different places around the town and villages, but while the weather is not very
good the Valley just makes a good meeting place.
Have a look at the photos. Not everyone is in the photo as we weren't all together at the same time.
