Fairlands Family Fun Day 23rd July 2011

There was a great turn out on Saturday 23rd at Fairland’s. We had 105 people that we put over the Dog Agility Course. 
A big Thank to Chris at 'Pets at Home' who not only donated the prizes for the classes, but also came over to judge the last class that was added on.  Free grooms were given away and also nail trims etc were given as 2nd and 3rd prizes. Our friend and local MP Stephen McPartland popped along to see us and judge a class. A massive thanks to Sharon from Broadwater Dog Training who came along to judge the whole show for me. The classes were very big and she did us proud. I have a bottle as a thank you, Sharon; I will give it to you Thursday.
Thank you to B&Q for the buckets they gave to me for the dogs to drink from. I went into the store Friday evening asking for help and they came up trumps. There were two conditions attached to the free buckets. 1, a photo of Dog watch Douglas 2, and Video of him on the agility course.  Ian, Erica, Mark, Ashley and Ron from Hertfordshire constabulary.
My good friend John for lending us the PA. Trudy, who did the stewarding for me all day, bless her! And thank you to SBC for donating the rosettes for the show. And not forgetting 'Hearts Services’ that looked after my injury ALL day. What a great level of care you gave.  Thank you, thank you, and thank you!
